Terms & Conditions


  • According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.

  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.

  • The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 12 PMand the standard check-out time is 11 AM. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.

  • The room tariff includes all taxesThe amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out.

  • The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. SkyTrip will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

  • The hotel reserves the right of admission for local residents. Accommodation can be denied to guests residing in the same city. SkyTrip will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

  • The offer is not valid on hotels booked using 'Pay at Hotel' payment method.

  • If the guest doesn't check-in at the hotel due to a mismatch between amenities and inclusions mentioned on the SkyTrip website and those at the hotel, they must notify the claim within 24 hours of the check-in date. In this case, the guest shall be entitled non refundable.

  • Any querry can be informed to SkyTrip by calling 9811999295 or by sending an email to goa2014@SkyTrip.in. SkyTrip shall, within 7 days from the date of claim, investigate the matter and communicate to the customer about the validity of the claim.

  • The voucher shall be redeemable against online booking of domestic and international flights, domestic hotels, holidays, cars, and bus booked from SkyTrip within 6 months from the date of the original hotel booking. The voucher is valid only for a one time use with no minimum redemption value.

  • The offer is not applicable on any service issues encountered during the hotel stay. The offer is not valid on Flights + Hotels bookings and Rail bookings.

  • In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in connection with the offer, the decision of SkyTrip shall be final and binding.

  • SkyTrip reserves the right to revoke this offer at any time and without prior notice. SkyTrip also reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice.

  • Please refer to complete Terms & Conditions before availing the offer. By availing the offer, guest agrees to Terms & Conditions of the offer.
